Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is a flat rate of $5.89 per order. The final shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Local pickup
You can choose free local pickup at checkout and collect your order at the ZOYO Support Center, 3401 E McDowell Rd Suite 4, Phoenix, AZ 85008. We will email you when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation and a photo ID.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination.
Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Packages returned to us as undeliverable may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or shows as delivered but you did not receive it, email us within 7 days of the delivery date and we’ll help you with the carrier.
